People have sometimes the wrong perception and understanding as well as the wrong assumption of what hypnosis is, in this misunderstanding some people fears it others laugh thinking that is waste of time and a mind controlling state. But in effect hypnosis is only a state of deep relaxation (simply you are sitting comfortably with your eyes closed and the therapist is just talking to you) .

We have two aspect that they are part of us and they consist of a conscious mind and a subconscious mind. The conscious mind is what we are aware of all the time, is part of our mental processing that think, talk, is our analytical and rational part. The subconscious mind holds all the images, memories, feelings and emotions it is the part that holds all the important informations.
In life is important to be able to have resources to cope with different demands, you need to be able to be in a state of relaxation. Why this? Because when we are in a anxious state so upset, sad, angry, disappointed state we experiencing unhelpful thoughts where we make decisions that they not support us and that we tent to regret, because we squeeze ourselves with all this negative and unhelpful thoughts and emotions.
Although if we are in a relax state we experiencing more helpful thoughts , feeling calmer and we make more supportive decisions, therefore when we don’t squeeze ourselves but instead we open up we find that we can reach and acquire those resourced easily.
Hypnosis is a wonderful tool that will help you to experience this resourceful state(relax state) because all hypnosis does is to attach you to more resources that you already have you just don’t tent to use them.
