Hello and welcome to the Life Balance Therapy website, my name is Patrizia Rosoni, I am a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychotherapist offering hypnotherapy in Watford holding my qualifications since 2011 and I have been in full time practice at The Watford & District Hypnotherapy Centre ever since with great level of success for my clients.
I have always been interested in and with a love and passion for the study of how the mind & body are connected and impact on each other, most of all with the aim of helping others in achieving a more balanced and happy life, so I chose to embrace, develop and practise a ” solution focused therapy” style.
Solution focused therapy doesn’t just look at the problem (like other therapies tend to ), I do strongly believe that is only a small part of the process.The larger part of the work i do is to help my clients understand clearly not only what the problem is but equally and more importantly to find solutions that we can develop and build on that will help the client to move forward.
The therapy I practise consists of NLP, CBT, and HYPNOSIS, I prefer to use a combination of all three approaches with my clients, this leads to a greater impact and swifter result, helping you to achieve the maximum results in the minimum amount of time.
Hypnosis helps you to identify and attach to resources by changing your state in order to look clearly at what it is that we need to deal with and resolve.
CBT is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. It works at the cognitive level (the thoughts you are aware of) thefore we can explore the thoughts that often are distorted and how these affect our behaviour and move towards a greater more balanced understanding of your internal thought processes and the resulting behaviour to a given situation.
NLP holds a set of different tools, techniques and approaches that can be employed to help people change their patterns of communication and behaviour. NLP works at changing those beliefs that hold us back. In doing so this will lead to a different behaviour and outcome.

We offer private 1-2-1 therapy sessions and Due to level of demand we have Extended opening hours for 2021 we now offer appointments Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm as well as Saturday mornings between 10:00 and 16:00.

Our sessions are on average 60 minutes in length and charged at £65.00, I offer a half hour free of charge initial assessment if you feel you would like to meet and discuss the processes in person before committing to a course of sessions…
